I have been working on a necklace this week and ran into a problem after finishing it. My bail kept popping up off the string between the two beads.
I reached out to my trusty bead group members for advice, and they had it! Turns out, this is a problem many before me have encountered, but this was my first time using a bail such as this on bead wire. The solution: to add seed beads, or in this case I chose crimp beads, between the beads under the bail.
Great, BUT, that involves restringing the entire necklace. So I decided to make it an experiment with my video editor. I sped it up, I added some tunes, had some fun, and posted it below.
I also finished the necklace and plan to post it in my shop. Here is the finished product.
