I am not big on new year resolutions, but this has been a weird couple of years, so I’m going to give it a try in 2022. Number 1 on the list is keeping up with this blog and adding to my gallery and facebook page. I have added several photos to my gallery today to kick it off a day early.
I’ve actually been quite busy doing a couple of online craft fairs, which were minimally successful (thanks Mom and Sis for supporting, LOL), and my first in person vendor event earlier in December. That event was more successful than I anticipated and pretty much depleted my small inventory! Yay, but that means I better get to work if I want to sell more in the future, which I do. That is Resolution Number 2 on my list. More creating. I still have my 40 hour a week job, which sometimes drains me of motivation and creativity, but after a long day, a creative outlet is often what I need most. And trust me, hammering on some metal is a definite mood-changer.
All in all, I’m looking forward to the new year.
